Fundraising Events Details:

We have an option to donate back a 10% of fees collected (TV fee’s). This will help offset a small portion of the costs to run the event. While we never recommend for you to rely on the donation back to cover the costs, in some cases the amount of TV’s collected and donated back to cover the costs. We mail out a check within 30 days or apply as credit. ​
Municipal & Business Events

This serves as a starting point from which we can customize to better accommodate your particular needs based on location and prior recycling event data. All events receive a certificate of recycling and data destruction.  We will provide support with marketing and advertising by creating flyers that will be emailed out to the client in a PDF format to so that the client can Email BLAST the flyer. We will also issue a press release about the event as well. The Items will get picked up 0-2 business days from the event day. Payments for events are paid typically prior to the event unless noted otherwise. The information below is based upon localized events only. (Multiple events per year can be custom ordered for discount rates.)

YOU RUN IT #Free: Your Boxes-Your Truck
We can assist in free events. You need to supply your own boxes, Labor and Trucking. All fee based items are paid by the patrons through the pay portal (if applicable).

YOU RUN IT #1: Your Boxes-Our Truck
The client will provide all of the necessary manpower and boxes needed for working at the event. Our standard transportation charge will be incurred per truck load. The client must have all items ready for pick up in collection boxes or wrapped pallets (5 ft tall minimum to conserve space and tightly wrapped). Client can pay discounted rates per lb for items or pass along per item fees to the patrons using our online voucher payment portal.

YOU RUN IT #2: Our Boxes-Our Truck
The client will provide all of the necessary manpower. We will drop off boxes for only our standard drop of rate, and then pick up with our standard pick up charge per load. The client must have all items ready for pick up in collection boxes or wrapped pallets (5 ft tall minimum to conserve space and tightly wrapped). Client can pay discounted rates per lb for items or pass along per item fees to the patrons using our online voucher payment portal.

WE RUN IT: Our Truck + Our Labor

We donate back if your patrons are responsible for certain fees through our voucher program:
All Monitors, Tv's & Appliances bigger than a Microwave

Custom:
-Each Guy is per hour
-Each truck is per load
-Per lb for all items (discounted) Or Voucher flat rate for fee based items

WE RUN PART OF IT #1 (good): 1-150 people
2 hrs of event time and 1 hr Set Up. We will handle up to 3500 lbs (6 boxes) with 1 driver who will coordinate and supervise collecting and loading our truck by a work crew of volunteers provided by the host client.

WE RUN MOST OF IT #2 (Better):  150-300 people
3 hrs of event time and 1 hr Set Up. We will provide a 24ft truck with a 2 man crew but we recommend some volunteers (3+) to help assist. This event will include 12 boxes. Additional labor is p/hr per person and additional trucks are available.

WE RUN ALL OF IT #3 (Best): 300-500 people
3 hrs of event time and 1 hr Set Up. We will provide a 16ft and 24ft truck with a 3-4 man. This event will include 20 boxes. Additional labor is p/hr per person and additional trucks are available.

We can supply multiple semi Trailers and a crew of up to 8 per event. We can create unique custom events based on volunteer count and past history of recycling event data.

Do you help with Recycling Events?
​Recycling events are hosted throughout the year at Churches, Businesses, Governmental agencies and Multi housing buildings. Our events are efficient and we make sure we are there with you every step of the way. We are able to supply you with a trailer, boxes, a Van, or just come by at the end of the day for smaller events that need the pick up.
What about my DATA?
We abide by federal regulations and private institutions for data security. We have the capacity for HIPAA compliancy if your organization needs it. We have a rigorous process of inspecting all collected items as well as random inspections on processes. We offer Hard Drive Destruction and ON-Site Hard Drive punching. Our paper shredding service is an off site program that works with in conjunction with one of the largest paper recycling plants in the area.
Do we receive certificates and LEED Points?
All non-residential clients will receive a certificate of proper recycling, service and data destruction. If a customer needs more information on the certificate additional a la carte services are provided. We issue certificates after a pick up is complete and has the client information as well as the scope of work our company does when it comes to recycling. If you are part of our Property Manager box program, then you will receive a special certificate that has the carbon emissions saved on it. This unique certificate helps you achieve greater LEED value for your tenants.
About our Fuel efficient fleet
We are a unique company that uses not only trucks, but vans as well. The fuel efficient vans get the job done with 1/2 the fuel consumption as the big box trucks.Our fleet ranges from small vans to full size box trucks. We use our smallest vehicles daily but truck size is never an issue for larger pick ups.
