​We offer a fundraising incentive for qualifying events:
  • 10% of TV recycling fees can be donated back to your organization
  • Refunds are issued via check within 30 days or credited to your account
  • While not a guaranteed revenue source, some events may offset costs based on the volume of TVs collected
Note: Multi-event contracts throughout the year qualify for discounted rates. Let us know if you'd like to bundle several events into a calendar plan.

AVA Recycling offers scalable recycling event management—from full-service operations to hybrid volunteer-led drives. Every package includes certified data destruction, logistics support, and optional voucher-based donation programs to assist with high-cost item recovery (TVs, monitors, appliances).

🟢 Option 1: We Run Part of It (Good)Recommended for: 1–150 Attendees
  • 2 hours of event time + 1 hour setup
  • 1 AVA driver provided to supervise and coordinate
  • Volunteers supplied by the host
  • Includes up to 3,500 lbs of materials (approx. 6 boxes)
  • Great for schools, small towns, HOAs, and residential outreach

🟡 Option 2: We Run Most of It (Better)Recommended for: 150–300 Attendees
  • 3 hours of event time + 1 hour setup
  • 24ft truck with a 2-person AVA crew
  • Volunteers recommended to support collection flow
  • Includes up to 12 collection boxes
  • Ideal for mid-sized municipalities, corporate campuses, or building communities

🟠 Option 3: We Run All of It (Best)Recommended for: 300–500 Attendees
  • 3 hours of event time + 1 hour setup
  • Includes 16ft + 24ft trucks and a 3–4 person AVA team
  • Up to 20 collection boxes included
  • Full event management and loading handled by AVA staff
  • Best for high-volume events with minimal host support

  • Full-scale planning and execution for large regional events
  • Multiple semi-trailers and up to 8-person crews available
  • Event customized based on past data, location needs, and volunteer availability

🧾 Voucher-Based Donation ProgramAVA Recycling offers an optional donation-back program for items that carry a disposal fee (TVs, monitors, etc.). When your event includes these items, we offer a voucher system and may donate a percentage back to the host as a rebate or credit. This helps reduce your net event cost without relying on donations alone.

Do you help with Recycling Events?
​Recycling events are hosted throughout the year at Churches, Businesses, Governmental agencies and Multi housing buildings. Our events are efficient and we make sure we are there with you every step of the way. We are able to supply you with a trailer, boxes, a Van, or just come by at the end of the day for smaller events that need the pick up.
What about my DATA?
We abide by federal regulations and private institutions for data security. We have the capacity for HIPAA compliancy if your organization needs it. We have a rigorous process of inspecting all collected items as well as random inspections on processes. We offer Hard Drive Destruction and ON-Site Hard Drive punching. Our paper shredding service is an off site program that works with in conjunction with one of the largest paper recycling plants in the area.
Do we receive certificates and LEED Points?
All non-residential clients will receive a certificate of proper recycling, service and data destruction. If a customer needs more information on the certificate additional a la carte services are provided. We issue certificates after a pick up is complete and has the client information as well as the scope of work our company does when it comes to recycling. If you are part of our Property Manager box program, then you will receive a special certificate that has the carbon emissions saved on it. This unique certificate helps you achieve greater LEED value for your tenants.
About our Fuel efficient fleet
We are a unique company that uses not only trucks, but vans as well. The fuel efficient vans get the job done with 1/2 the fuel consumption as the big box trucks.Our fleet ranges from small vans to full size box trucks. We use our smallest vehicles daily but truck size is never an issue for larger pick ups.
